The Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift:
9/10
I'm such a speed hog...but then, I'm more into American cars...driftng looks fun, but it's just not my style, I guess....you know what, I'm knocking it down a point, because I just remembered walking out of there and not wanting to race my friends home like I wanted to the first two movies...
8/10
Tristan and Isolde
9.5/10
This is one of my favorite movies of all time. I have not read the original story, only a summary of it. The movie is very different; for example, there is no love potion. Also, (not to give away the ending), Tristan appears more noble and heroic in the movie than the stories.
The Princess Bride-8/10
One of my favorites.
I saw Superman Returns last weekend because Pirates was sold out.
Kent wasn't clumsy enough, Lois wasn't distracted enough, and Superman looked too much like a cartoon. If I say the worst part I'd ruin it for those who haven't seen it. I'll just say that that the story line ruined Superman's good upstanding moral character for me. (though in Superman II it started to crumble, this movie made it collapse altogether).
The only saving grace was Kevin Spacey. If it wasn't for him, I might have walked out.
for Spacey, 4/10
I saw House of Mirth last night. I didn't think Gillian Anderson particularly suited to the role. But the movie did make me want to read the book. So, this one's next on my book list. :)
7.5/10... given the benefit of doubt since I am yet to read the original.
Flightplan-8/10
Edward Scissorhands.6/10
I watched Surviving Christmas and liked it a lot! It deserves 10/10. Bang Bang!
I had heard bad things about it. I never saw it because I really got a kick out of the book, Skipping Christmas by John Grisham.Quote:

Oh, I found nothing in it which I will call "bad" really. It is quite good, actually. :DQuote:
