With world events being as they are would choose Italy of the given choices. I have an idealized image of France and the UK in my mind's eye that may no longer be even close, though I'd go to Scotland in a heartbeat. Canada... mais non.

Given the opportunity would you rather make a snowmen or sandcastles, or gaze at clouds imagining fanciful shapes ?

I never saw real snow, but I enjoyed making figures out of earth when I was a kid and lived in a house with garden. I used to make crib figures and my parents kept them but eventually they lost their heads because earth isn't as good a material as clay.But I like to imagine fanciful shapes in the clouds.

Do you prefer to solve puzzles or quizzes?

Puzzles... after Thursdays at Two I wrestle with a community jigsaw puzzle in the library. I always treated Math as a puzzle to be solved too. Enjoyed debugging code when performing assembly coding and BASIC and HTML programming in the past :)

Both.Love old classics too.

Yo La Tengo is cool... but yeah, I like the still touring Iron Maiden, Metallica, Scorpions, and Santana... all are getting long in the tooth. The Black Keys are up there, and I wish the White Stripes were still together :)

Lol, the last frozen cake for my birthday melted into a mess... going with ice cream.

Glasses, contacts, or Laser surgery ?

Did Lazer surgery in 2010.It was wonderful. For the first time that I remember I crossed a street without glasses. But now I use glasses again as my sight gets weaker.

All of them, but not the recent Wuthering Heights. Haven't seen it but it seems to be a very superficial version.

Berlin. I have been to Amsterdam on a bus trip though only for a few hours, but I don’t know Berlin. I loved London. The deep under the earth sub stations with there many ramifications are a thing apart.

New York... it seems more welcoming AND they have the Yankees and The Met :)

Bogotá, as it is the only one of these cities I have never been too.

Maybe long train trips, in sleeper cars, within my country with many multiple day stops... or maybe the same in Europe... or both :)
