A burglar who gets caught in flagranti, during the break in is NOT "the presumed burglar"! There is no need to presume anything! :flare: (Just venting my anger here. I've read two reports of burglars in the last two days and both were caught in the act and every time, every time the journalists called them "presumed burglar".
