Nordic skiing -- 5-6 miles.
Shoveled snow. Got about eight inches today.
Just an hour long bike. Sore from yesterday's 8 mile run...
Walked, walked and did I mention walked... hahahaha.
Push-ups on four fingers and two thumbs, then on both fists, then a few abs. Getting stronger lest the aliens or zombies come around with a belligerent mood.
couple of twelve-ounce curls
classic cross-country skiing -- 4 miles
This morning I smoked a cig, drank a mug of extremely bouncy coffee, ate a lovely greasy fry up and thought about Jim Fix the inventor of jogging, who passed away at a mind boggling young age. Tomorrow morning I am going to stick rigidly to this tough regime.
Nothing yet... But the treadmill is waiting patiently... I must be offf. :)
Ran (well jogged) a couple miles w/dog in snow and apx. 20 degrees.
Ran four miles with a decent stop in the middle for push-ups/sit ups/squats/more abs, followed by flexed arm hangs.
Woke at five in the am, thoroughly exhausted from the act of living during the week preceding, somehow downed a thermos of coffee throughout the next couple of hours, and finally fell back into bed
Woken a few hours later and still yawning tired, another thermos over a few hours, before once again returning to slumber
Finally, with enough sleep and another shower, I feel awake but bodyclock's ticking completely backwards
A few more days of solid sleep should see everything righted
No doubt you have all heard of Mr. W . Churchill's opinion on any form of exercise:
"Whenever I have the urge to exercise , I just lie very still until the urge disappears ."
(or something to that effect).
Ate two pieces of dark chocolate (it's good for you!!!!).
ran four miles
AND I've gone for a walk. Feeling very good about myself at the moment.
Just about to put the headphones on and hop on the treadmill. Catch you after my workout. :)
Put a Grand piano on a Miami sandbar
After my surgery, I finally can start my workout again. I did Caribbean workout yesterday and now feel pain all over my body, but it's a 'positive' pain. Today I was working out in the morning before breakfast with a fitness ball. I loved it.
Hope I won't be lazy for some yoga in the evening.
Hurricane, Sancho and The Comedian I still admire and envy those people who run! Well, I prefer swimming it's better for my old joints :-).
ran four miles
Rode six miles - easier on the joints - Damn, I gotta go easy on those joints, but I'm not sure, I rode three miles there, and then three miles back, should I include the second three?
paddled at the beach.
Chased my runaway dog through the woods and got myself lost. Took me three hours to catch the animal then get home with it. Ugh.
Not much. I did three pullups and lifted 70 lbs for one set of 20 reps. And I smoked a cigarette. That raises metabolism, I believe.
It is aerobics and pilates workout, 50 series about 20-25 min each, it was translated on club tv channel, I recorded most of them.

I went for a ride on my scooter.

Spent 30 minutes doing pilates ^-^
Boy, the Caribbean workout looks very energetic, Olga! I would just be glad if I would do my yoga a little more regularly. I feel great when I do it. And I want to be a little more limber. Baby steps, baby steps.
