Good luck quitting smoking, it's been almost 5 years since I quit! it gets easier! the hardest part was to drink coffee without my pipe it's an addictive combination :)
ran four miles -- moved and put together some solid pine bunk beds (the latter took me two hours, the former about 25-30 minutes)
Short bike ride, I was intending on a nice long ride today but it was feeling it so I cut it a little short.
Today I haven't done anything to keep fit - it's a lazy day - too hot outside, over 30 C (90 F) degrees.
Isn't red wine supposed to be good for you? If so, I'm in strict training!

canoeing -- 1 hour. My bow-woman was three years old, so I did a little more work than usual.
I went for a walk early in the morning and fetched pockets of skimmed milk, ran to a temple in the middle of a forest, hook myself to the surrounding with monkeys and dears. I got stuck there dumfounded at the beauty of the big trees outliving several generations of men and returned home afresh to write a poem on them

And, come to think of it, sauna might be good for health (certainly is for hygiene) but that's not quite the reason I went there.
