Is someone going to do an average age when the poll closes?
MEAN:
we don't have people's exact ages, so for 10-14, i used 12 as the average, for 15-19, used 17 as the average (et cetera) and came up with

age 23.2
MEDIAN: ages 20-24
MODE: ages 15-19
RIGHT SKEWED.
Hehehehe....my stats lecturer would kill me for trying to calculate an average for this data set (nominal, non-normally distributed)Quote:

Hmm.. quite interesting. I'm 16. Life is exciting, but not as exciting until I turn 18 which is the legal age to do.. well anything. But I'm hoping that the government doesn't change it to 19. (I heard that they are going to)

Yes it would. But i'm definatly glad that the legal age isn't 21
I be the age of voting, drinking, an just about everything else: 18, but soon I will be 19.
