Oh - Fayefaye - how could I forget.
I picture you as Stitch from the movie Leelo and Stitch. Cute and fluffy - and spitting mad if you say so. Little and sometimes angry, and always honest. I really like Stitch. And I like Fayefaye.
aww thanks. I picture you ... hmm.. intelligent, wearing a lab coat [stereotypical type thing, spose] blonde hair and blue eyes [because most of the swedish people I know have blonde hair and blue eyes]. You say things that are really insightful without even meaning to, and you're eloquent without pretension. One of those people... who's just who they are. You listen when they say things, because you know it's something good. A person who's really good to talk to.
I’m busy working on an environmental project out there in some areas at the moment, so I can’t be on often to read and post. :(
I have to shake Lara’s hand for creating this awesome thread. And it really surprised me that there are some who said nice things about me. Thanks a lot, I really appriciate that!
Thank you Stan. Though I dislike Hermione, I’d take that as a complimentQuote:

Ahh Isagel, I know you’re just saying that (C’mon, your poor mind?! ). You’re one of the brightest peeps here with posts that I really like to read :). Actually I like to ask questions cause I (always) feel stupid (about my self). The young and jeans things are correct, but not the black T-shir thing, cause eventhough I’m a huge fan of psychedelic and progressive rock , I hate black T-shirt. And for the beautiful eyes thing..well, I’d be a fool to say it’s wrong :D.Quote:

Sub has a tendency of asking questions that I find send my poor mind into long spirals of thought into new domains. Her knowledge of music makes me feel slightly..old.. I picture her young and dressed in black T-shirt and jeans. She has beautiful eyes that sparkle when she speaks.
Thanks, Shea :) ! Stan as my brother…that sounds cool. Not that I dislike the brothers that I have now, but none of them consider reading as a worthy thing to do.Quote:

Amuse, are u a fiction writer? Your words make you sound like one ;). The short hair thing is true, as a matter of fact I have short hair all the time, since I’d look funny with long hair. But I never acted gentle, I always act like a jumping bean (a former good friend of mine told me that :)) and I only stay silent when I’m in a very bad mood. Thanks for the (very) nice depiction.Quote:

Sometimes she will be quirky and catch you by surprise, first flip then gentle, one day long hair, the next day short and newly dyed.
Thanks Cris J. You’re making me red :DQuote:

Well, thank you Ma’am. Congrats with your new job. Remember I want chocolate ice cream with vanilla and a huge strawberry on top of it :DQuote:

Ok, she had me totally fooled-I was sure Sub was male-I had to rethink my theories in a hurry when I realized she wasn’t. Bright, drily, witty, positvely sparkling at times-really good at this online bussiness of getting across in a particular way.
Well peeps, I fooled you didn’t I?! :DQuote:

I’m not good in guessing people’s character. So I’ll try as best as I could to depict you all according to my imagination.
Isagel
My first guess: Male, around 20.
Fact: Sindhu told me that Isagel is a she, much older than 20.
I really like her posts, which are constructive and interesting to read. I don’t really notice her artictic side in the forum, and yet everyone here said that she’s an excellent artist, so I must be missing something important here :(. I'll be more attentive from now on
Jay
My first guess: Female, around 17-20
Fact: My guess is correct (I think)
Though her nick is Jay, I’ve figured that Jay is a she. She’s one of the members that I really took notice in my early days as a member. I really like her ironic yet intelligent posts and PMs. I think she’s a very independet and fearless gal. Perhaps people would think that she’s not a friendly person at the first encounter, but actually she’s very nice girl.
Get back here Jay..Miss ya!
Crisaor
My first guess: Male, around 20
Fact: So far I’m sure about the male thing, but I don’t know about his age.
Intelligent, very nice and friendly. I like him cause he’s not only good at books but also in music. I suppose he’s the kind of person that people like to hang out with, cause he knows lots of interesting and fun stuffs to tell.
Sindhu
My first guess: Female around 17-18
Fact: She’s 33 :D
At first I was amazed with her posts and kind of ashamed as well, since I assumed that she’s only around 17-18. But now, all my curiosities about Sindhu had been answered. Especially about the western educated thing.. (remember that Sindhu?!). Now, I’m not really surprised with her inttelegince and broad knowledge. She’s also very nice and friendly with good sense of humour.
Shea
My first guess: Female around 30
Fact: She’s a She alright…but I don’t know about her age
A bright woman, often post interesting stuffs. I suppose she’s the kind of woman who would be a role model as a mother ( or future mother).
Faye and Koa
My first guess: Female (both of them), around 17-20 (both of them)
Fact: I guess I’m right
I suppose both of them are the kind of girls who are popular in schools. Pretty, very smart, funny, easy going, and cheerfull as well. Kinda remind me of those gals who made me sing "why can't I be you" when I was still in high school. Popular like Britney Spears…with a brain of course. (Don’t get angry Faye, it really is a compliment)!
Kik
My first guess and I believe it matches the fact: Male around 20
Kik is funny, very clever, a little bit arrogant I think. Sometimes can be very sarcastic. I suppose he’s also the kind of guy who also popular in school.
Stan
My first guess: Male around 17-20
Fact: I don’t know how old he is
A young clever lad, and person like him is the kind of person that make me embarrased. I mean I’m already above 20 and still lacking in many things.
AP
My first guess: Male, around 30
Fact: He’s an ancient one
I don’t know how old he is until I saw his profile, and apparently he’s an ancient one :D (kidding AP). No wonder he’s like a walking/living library. But it was kinda surprised me when I notice that he’s occupation is a finance controller. On my mind, AP is the kind of person who work independently in a sector which is far away from money matters.
Abdo aka Knife aka Pretty eyes aka star blue aka etc etc..
My first guess: Male, 16 years old
Though he’s such a crazy arse, I admit that he’s very smart. He got many potentials. I suppose he’s not the kind of person who is easy to be friends with.
If my depictions don't match, that means I have once again proved my self as someone who's not good in describing people.
here goes.
Jay. When I very first joined, I thought Jay was a guy [Jay's a pretty common guy's name here] I was pretty glad it turned out she wasn't, because every guy I've ever met named Jay has turned out to be a jerk. [And jay is not :)] Jay .. I picture her with dark brown hair and eyes [no idea why]. She's the sort of person... you'd meet her at a party, sit down and start a conversation, and when you stand up again you realise she knows your whole life story. I can't imagine the amount of blackmailable crap she must've accrued about people... she's a great listener, and somebody you can tell would be a really great friend. The sort of person who'd put aside all her own problems to help you out with yours. For somebody so crazy, she'd make a really great psychiatrist. That is, if she doesn't go nuts from reading all the crap I write to her. :D She's really friendly, and I think she gave just about everybody here their first pm. [well, technically I gave myself my first pm. But Jay was a close second. :D]
Koa. The person I'm proud to call my forum sister. She's the sort of person who'd look kind of bored and lonely sitting in a bar surrounded by people, staring at her drink as if it holds the meaning of life. But at home with a couple of close friends, you couldn't shut her up even if you wanted to. She's nice, but by no means a pushover, stronger than she seems. If you met her, you'd probably think she was some nice, quiet little nothing, and you'd be dead wrong. My favourite thing about koa is that she's not afraid to admit her own humanity.
shea. shea is the sort of person.... you'd see her holding a book and say 'hey! I ALWAYS wanted to read that book!' And she'd say 'really? here. have it.' Just like that. She's the sort of person who'd spend a Saturday afternoon baking cookies, and I'm real jealous of that, because my cookies are inedible. She's so nice it's suspicious, I wonder if she's had a past as a bankrobber or something. :)
psychojones is new, and looking for somebody to analyse him. :) He's incredibly kind, and seems like another left-brain. :) We should run around posting up calc equations to scare all these creative people. :D Definately no competition for the title of 'forum psycho' tho' we seem to think on similar wavelengths, so he must be a little crazy. :)
ihrocks is by far the most sagacious person at the whole forum. I love to read her posts because they're so well thought out, I wish she was here more often.
sindhu has a real passion for literature. She's the sort of person.. I'd sit around on the first day of school and say 'I really hope I get sindhu for English! she's the best!' [if she teaches highschool english. I can also picture her as being one of these slightly eccentric, humourous academics] I bet she's a good cook. I don't know why.
abdo. abdo's an enigma. Just when you think you've got him pinned down, he'll turn around and do something totally unexpected. An intelligent person who'll behave like the biggest idiot, a nice guy who'll write like a total arse, and a person who claims not to read, yet hangs around in literature forums. makes things a little more surreal, makes you feel inclined to start the sentence 'you think you know a guy....' in other words, a total weirdo. :) I'll miss seeing him here.
Dead wrong :D (talking 'bout me, wont say anything about Faye).Quote:

I'm older than 20, and never been popular. On the contrary, I was the fat ugly one everyone made fun of, and that affected my self-esteem quite a lot. In the last years of school I was actaully very popular among my little group of friends, the ones that know me really well and are my best friends still now. I've always wished I was anyone but myself :D
Aww that's me. Going out depresses me to tears, but at home with friends noone can stop me!!! That's what I like most, not damn nights at a smokey pub surrounded by idiots...Quote:

Back on the guesses, I don't know why but I'd say crisaor is 24...
Hey sub, I am 17. Pretty good guess in the age department, maybe the embarrasment comes from asociation.:D
Koa, you remind me of a photographer for national geographic, I bet your pretty skilled at what you set your mind to.
Sub, Your pretty cool, probably early twenties, with an unique perspective on life. When you know what you want, you get it. I bet your going for or have a phd.
Faye, yoy are like my sister witty smart and willing to slap one upside the head for the fun of it. I believe that you like life, and tke things as they come.
Fool, If I dind't already know that he was in high school, I would say he is an old-school hippie. He's pretty cool and accepting.
You are pretty well correct on all counts, faye-with one MAJOR Exception- I'm not a good cook! Fact is, Making a just about tolerable cup of coffee is about my limit! Rest of the time, if I don't have nice people around, willing to feed me, it's cornflakes and instant noodles perpetually! Sigh- especially since I have a hearty appetite!:)
I'd Looove to have you in any class of mine, BTW!
And sub.. you call me ma'am once more I'll... I'll... I don't know WHAT I'll do!:D
I am the anti-Spears. :D
Hey! I´m not that much older...I´m not even 30. Young people these days..no respect... Hrmph.Quote:

I´m really glad you like my posts. I wonder what it is that make us see people as male or female on forums? In your case it was mostly the Thom yourke picture. I did not know who he was, and so I thought it was a picture of you :-).
Don ´t worry about the "artist" thing ... The people writing it are being very nice. Sometimes I write poetry.
IWilKiku: Jay Gatsby, stretching out his arms, gazing fixedly across the bay at the green light above Daisy's dock, and thinking how its really two green lights and they both look like 36DD's.
Fayefaye: An extraordinary mind encased in an ordinary heart.
Den: Zoltan the Squirrel's best mate, snuggling in for winter in her nest, occasionally peering out onto the world to see what the day has to offer.:)
Crisaor: Grunewald painting the Crucifixion http://www.eldritchpress.org/jkh/gr5.html
Amuse: An echoing voice resonating through a tunnel of distortion all the way to Nordstrand. On a bad day. On a good day, a broad expanse of endless sky.
