Sounds strange, but tastes great.
I am literally not famish,when there is food,I will muse if I deserve to eat or not.My disposition is naturally this.Anyway,I am drinking a palatable cup of tea at night now,ultimately I will go to a slumber in the next hour.

lettuce and tomato salad with a bit of bread w/ foccacia.
Bed of Spinach with layer of carrot chunks, tomato chunks, cucumber chunks, green pepper chunks, diced onion. Drizzled with balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil. Topped with Feta cheese a-plenty and sprinkled with coarse Sea Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
