oh that's a fun one danik. when I was a kid I loved comic books and I wish I still had them all. ive since collected a few from that time, but not nearly enough. but its hard to replace the depth and breadth of books, so we have to go with those.

Was given an enormous cache of comics circa 1959 that was tossed out by my Mother, I presume, when we moved to California in 1962. But comics still engrossed me until about mid 1968 when again we moved within the state... Books since then.

Can't get the first link to work in any manner... but I get the idea... My Mother knit and crocheted and made my shirts when I was younger, and I admire quilt work. However I would choose artwork if I wished to display a piece.

last weekend I went next door to see if poof's human mother was around but she wasn't. the reluctant fathers position was "just stop feeding her and she'll come home" but I cant just do that, especially when its still cold. but im wanting to let spritzer back outside soon and she needs to feel free to come to the door when she wants to come back in, which she wont do if poof is there. I might move where I feed poof, and then maybe even take her shelter apart. meanwhile ive been feeding her maybe half as much, hoping that will inspire her to make some trips back home.
the old the avengers would be a fun tv show to go back and watch. there is so much good old stuff, but for now im still loving lost in space. I was a big fan of the mcu before they went off the rails in their most recent phases but since the avengers is mostly before that, im going to go with them. captain America is my favorite.

I think, bounty, that Poof's lawful humans must have hired someone to look after the propriety, as long as they are away(which seems to be forever). Meanwhile Poof has strongly attached herself to you and your propriety. If you cease feeding or sheltering her she won't go away (there not being an abundance of bounties in the region, she will only grow more desperate, because she doesn’t understand why she lost her facilities. Have you had the opportunity to see how both cats behave towards each other of late? Poof must somehow be trained to leave Spritzer alone. Have you tried feeding both at the same time, so they can see each other but not near enough for they attacking each other?

When I dabbled with photography in the early '70's I developed my B&W film and made my own prints in the bathroom of a studio apartment in Fremont... it was smelly and messy but I appreciated the art. Color wasn't an option for me then, so I'm a bit biased... black & white.

there is some truth to your point danik---I suspect this is starting to feel like "home" for poof. she seems to still make good use of her hut too. that said though, her first home is only a couple hundred yards away and she knows how to get back and forth so think if she gets hungry enough she will go where the food is. spritzer snuck out one day a few weeks ago and avoided coming back in because poof was on the porch, but they haven't crossed paths since. I think moving poofs food will help, but the front porch is still an attractive spot. im starting to get a little antsy about it because I want to let spritzer back outside.
oh an easy one! im good with dollars, and even though I already have plenty of free time, even more is desirable.

I suspect your porch has been feeling home for Poof for quite a time now..if she is hungry and there is food to be got somewhere else she will get it and then come back. If you cease feeding her you must be prepared for all the kind of emotional blackmail she is capable of and that is not little. She has to learn somehow, that to be able to frequent your premises she will have to tolerate Spritzer who, after all, was already there.
Same with me I want money and free time.
