OMG, tough one indeed. I play piano, it is my passion, so I will go along those lines.
Chopin. Any piano piece featuring F.Chopin is my favorite.

Well, I cannot speak for the doctor profession as a whole, because there are bad apples in every profession. But the doctors that I have dealt with are there because they really do care and enjoy the challenge of the job.
