Now I'm not sure what Jacks are. Marbles was a children's game when I was a child so marbles. I was fascinated by the interior coloured swirls.

skinny... I have used a svelte black Parker Jotter Pen, her name is Parker of course, for decades; she is always with me. A black ink of medium writing lines is my preference. I wrote a poem about her once (may have shared it on LitNet before?) after a faux pas of mine:

Missed her when I went to jot a note -

(a search ensued) - I found her in the dryer

When I ministered to her needs and opened

up her shell - she displayed her righteous

indignation and gakked not unlike a squid
