based on books, Orwell or Sinclair. Based on purposes for writing : Orwell without hesitation. His motivations for writing are so twisted and cynical that it just makes me smile.:D He reminds me of myself in so many aspects.

Depends, for poetry I enjoy Plath. But i also have a wide variety of favorites depending on genre. Orson Card, i would say.

George Carlin or Don Wrickles. Both somewhat forgotten in this day and age. and both VERY annoying. But both absolutely hilarious! they pushed the pc line LONG before f-n carlos mencia. And they dont use the cop out "its ok, im a mexican."

Oh jesus, after reading that book, i realized how absolutely worthless that movie is. They completely DESTROYED what Chuch Palihnuck (or however you spell it) was going for. sorry, that would take alot more explaining to get all my feelings of rage at that movie off my chest. (i used to love it, untill i read the book.)

I'll keep away from it then! I love that movie. I don't know any of those other bands but I love Apocaliptica, specially Hall of the Mountain King.
