a god? a god does not exist, it is an image or a myth that people have created...
but if you rephrase the question to what is God then I would say that God can't be placed in my own terms because God is too great, to awesome, to powerful and to wonderful to be respectfully and accurately described using the vocabulary I have.

How would u define 'time'?
I would define time as that thing that changes pace depending on the events taking place. For example, when you're having fun, time flies. When you're bored, miserable or uncomfortable, time just stands still, like a snake, sunning itself on the road (stolen from JFK). that's my definition of time.
