2354 - waiting for this DVD to write
10:55 Iwoke up early this morning although I slept till 3:15 last night. Just having a look at this forum.
10:56 was let out of class early (first week) and :) having fun seeing old friends. also, catching up on news re: the Gulf Coast. :(
1610 UgggH I have to go back to work in half an hour and Im going to gety Wet! its raining!!!

I offer my sympathies, Scher. Try drinking some chamomile tea, take a warm bath or shower, or, in very unpleasant cases, you could always try melatonin (all-natural sleep remedy).Quote:

0730 I finally slept properly last night for the first time in a week unfortunattly I didnt go to bed till nearlly midnight and I had to wake up at 630 because I have to leave for work in an hour and I have to get dressed yet. :yawnb:
PS I am not gloating about being able to sleep.:D
