What's your favorite dish to cook? or eat if you don't cook.
At the moment it's this quick but tasty t'ing I discovered by chucking loads of stuff together: roast loads of Aubergines and cherry tomatoes in olive oil and rosemary (until they're well cooked - at about 200 C. Meanwhile fry up some chicken goujons and garlic in olive oil. Meanwhile cook some pasta. Add the cooked chicken to the vegetables, then stir in a tin of cream of mushroom soup (trust me!). Meanwhile stir in loads of Parmesan into the pasta. Mix it all up together (hope you used a big dish - I use a big oval Pyrex one), grate some cheddar cheese on top and return to oven on full heat, until brown.

My de-evolving T-shirt (starts at ape progresses through walking upright, using tools etc. then shows drunkenness taking over leaving person crawling again)

What are learning difficulties anyway? If you're on this site and consider yourself to have 'Learning difficulties'; then you are a victim of 'over labelling' and over use of bio-medical/pathologisation - in my opinion. We're all different; I have found many people with 'learning difficulties' to be interesting, humorous people with a lot to give (and there, you've made ME sound patronising now!)
Doesn't making a (non-perjorative - I did not use an offensive word)term 'taboo' mean that you help to make that social group taboo? I'm a very liberal sort of a guy, but do worry about that 'politically correct/stifling of ideas' borderline. That said, I am not keen on perjorative terms for those who are not the 'norm'.
Oh, your probably right - but doesn't it all get terribly po faced and a bit of a minefield?
Perhaps I am wrong. I like to learn. Please enter into debate.
