Thanks Maxi... Well I'm wrecked. I have been dancing all over the house. I feel sorry for the neighbours... Hahaha

Keeping fit? Oh, no, my dear. No. It takes everything I've got just to keep myself from having a fit.
nothin absolutely nothin
Gym night again. One hour; this time, eliptical ski machine, a series of medicine ball exercises, pull ups, treadmill, abs workout. Whoo, did it feel good. :wink5:
Nothing yet, as I just got out of bed, but we shall see what today brings. I have been keeping a low profile lately due to a stubborn cold, but now it feels like I could get cracking again.

One fifteen minute walk.
Still only morning here, but I shall go for a long brisk walk, few exercises, madly trying to lose weight - 19 Kg gone, lots more to go. All the encouragement you can spare, please. I can't look another tomato in the face!
Well, I just woke up together with my girlfriend. Biblically. I should go swimming today (1.5 km) and then the usual routine, which consists of jump rope drills, push-ups (3x50) and of course crunches (3x50). I ride my bicycle to the pool (in total 20 km).
Ran four miles
P90X o.o
chest and back today... its killing me T_T
Cycled about 20 miles to and fro with work. Knackered.
Dashing through the snow (in -40).
Went for a walk with my girl, over an hour. Quite proud of myself. :)
Shoveled all the snow off the drive - now I'm knackered...
Nothing physical, since I am a lazy person, but I ate healthy food, and I think that should count. :Angel_anim:
I also smoked 15 less fags than I did a week ago, which should also earn me bonus points.
Not a lot, but fortunately it's afternoon now so I don't have to bother. Though I still managed to move three hefty pieces of furniture and a very large piece of carpet, the last of which was harder to shift than a week old grogan
Later I may enjoy some elbow and chin exercise at the local
let's see my daily routine consists of caring for 50 horses (28 of which are stalled) feed, turn out and muck their stalls all before noon, some weeks I hand roll round bales into fields. Most days I ride up to two times a day (whether its my gelding or another horse) I also deal with my mare everyday. I bring in and then I'm in my house doing schoolwork, also I am out doing night check 3 times a week.
Now that winter is upon us, I am a frequent snowboarder and love to hit the hills.
on the weekends I stack fire wood which is no less than 3 quarts..thats about how much exercise I get.
:P
Hmm..well, I exercised in the afternoon (yoga). I'm not too much of a morning person.
Well... It's still morning here, so I'll have some time to get moving, but nothing yet. Nothing except dressing in very warm clothes, that is: It is a bit nippy outside (-25C/-13F:cold:), and I have a cold at the moment so there will be no biking today.

I have done absolutely nothing but sit on my rear in front of the computer... Ok, I'm off for a walk. This question made me feel a tad lazy. :P Maybe I'll warm up that way.
Well I had swimming training from 6-7.30 this morning and had a light gym session in the afternoon.
I think that is almost enough to stay fit :)
This morning I got in a couple of stretching exercises. First the left arm, then the right, then both simulaneously, then a big yawn, followed by rubbing the sleep from eyes, then I rolled over and went back to sleep.
A bit later I woke again and trudged and tripped the length of the obstacle course that is my home, made it to the kitchen with a gasping breath and managed to turn on the kettle in the nick of time before caffeine withdrawal sent me crawling back to bed.
Then I turned on the computer, set my browser level to 200% til my eyes adjusted, and ate a bit of food until lunchtime, thence discovering It's a Wonderful Life was on if I was patient enough. To my complete surprise I remembered none of it - because I'd never seen it! Only clips of it which I also couldn't place
Verdict? Not totally bad for what it was - A Christmas Carol knockoff, set in Small Town U.S.A. Okey dokey, it was a little hokey, but it's a Xmas flick.
What's this have to do with exercise, you may wonder? Absolutely nothing - it's Christmas!
Merry Christmas Everybody!
Ok, ok, so had to do Christmas shopping... Parking inspectors were out. Son decided to walk. Golly. 26degrees... So hot... But 40minutes later. Felt really good walked all the way. :)
I often have to walk under a summer of 38 C or above, without enough trees to lend a shade along the track. Quite a desert http://smiles.kolobok.us/standart/heat.gif
Well, it is not too hot here, and certainly not +38C. It is more like -10C/14F, so I spent this morning skiing (Cross country). Great exercise without tormenting my joints unnecessarily.

I played Wii tennis and Wii baseball. My game has improved after putting away the Christmas tree, which restricted my movements.
X-country ski -- 5 miles
I got out of bed and sat down
Well, drank the rich-protein drink and did pull ups.
well chatters, the doc is always quite active...today he went for a 45 minute jog, followed by a 45 minute plus walk/cool down...lifted some weights also...
chatters it was a beautiful day in the land of 10,000 lakes...not many things better than breaking a good sweat in 20 degree fahrenheit weather...
stay active and you'll be fit as a fiddle...like the doc...
Nothing. So best set off on the treadmill.
ran
twice five miles
Through caverns measureless to man
Down to a sunless sea
Ran four miles
About to hop on the treadmill. :) Ciao for now.
