10:51 - considering turning myself into the devil in Darcy's play, but realising it involves writing and using my almost non-existent imagination.
(decided not to include self in play, will leave it for someone with more ability)

Just in from work after meeting with Functionalist management ingrates. NEED WINE!
If they were as bad as 'functionalist management' sounds... you might need something a bit stronger than a wine :D
1:09 sitting down to read the forums with a glass of WINE :)
18:17 watching tv, with no WINE since I don't drink.
Wine now starting to cut through the frustration. Why do I always have to stick my neck out at these meetings? I should just accept that the idiots are ruling the world now. There are many different strands of idiot - but they all have one thing in common: Idiocy.
19:05 - Just finished playing some 1- on - 1 basketball in the driveway, now relaxing with a nice bottle of Corona.
23:13 staring at the computer thinking about sleep
20:10 Finds a bit of happiness that the dumb are powerful in great numbers at the expeness of the smart.Quote:

BODY MEETING
All the organs of the body were having a meeting, trying to decide who was the one in charge.
"I should be in charge," said the brain, "because I run all the body's systems, so without me nothing would happen".
"I should be in charge," said the blood, "because I circulate oxygen all over so without me you'd all waste away." "I should be in charge," said the stomach," because I process food and give all of you energy."
"I should be in charge," said the legs, "because I carry the body wherever it needs to go."
"I should be in charge," said the eyes, "because I allow the body to see where it goes."
"I should be in charge," said the rectum, "Because I'm responsible for waste removal."
All the other body parts laughed at the rectum and insulted him, so in a huff, he shut down tight. Within a few days, the brain had a terrible headache, the stomach was bloated, the legs got wobbly, the eyes got watery, and the blood was toxic. They all decided that the rectum should be the boss.
The Moral of the story?
The ******* is usually in charge.
9:49 pm - physically worn, but not sleepy, from a long few days; moodswings have seemed torturous the past week; nervous about beginning clinicals this week, seeing more patients, but with a relatively difficult instructor.
1:37pm - Trying to decide what to do with a claim that God used to be married to a tree.
11:53 just woke up, don't know what to do with myself.
16:25 - Just returned from giving my tech. report presentation, quite how I managed to talk for 45mins. about the effect fluoridation would have on Scottish water I have no idea.

16:02 - Sitting in the main library reading room, babysitting the books of someone whose language I don't speak, HOPING that is what he asked me to do, and hoping he is planning to come back before I want to leave.
10:21 AM sitting here reading and then going to get up and make dinner roll dough to use for sausage rolls and cinnamon rolls. sounds like fun huh? :)
12:20pm, smoking a cigarette and waiting for the shower to open up.

9:32 pm - very sleepy, depressingly moodswinging, slightly hungover, though I very seldom drink, which put me in the mood to read Raymond Carver, not surprisingly. :D
14:53 I just came home from work and I'm in a pretty good mood listening to Jeff Buckley and using Spock as a pillow.
4:57 am - yawning, just saw Psyche off to work, and as she rose this morning, I could not get back to sleep, out of feeling nervous for a big exam I have at 8 am. Wish me luck!
Good luck, mono! I am sure you will do well! :)

Tired and trying to pull myself back from the nights first wine for a bit longer - not that I'm a boozer or 'owt!

11:19 - just been having a mint chat about Foucalt and King Lear with my girlfriend - she's doing an essay on Foucalt. Really buzzing and she's tired from working, and I'm tired and I should be going to bed...but, I keep getting drawn to this forum. Must...resist...
