I exercise in the evening and it's only 8:30 am here. I have plans to do cardio and some weights later in the evening.
I had steaks on the grill, baked potato with sour cream, and three really good British dark beers... does that count?
I'll have a salad tomorrow... honest.
45 minute bike ride
Today I did some yoga exercises 2 times about 20 min each and extended swimming pool log sheet till 30th of September.
Today I spent most of my time rushing back and forth to the plumbing and generally feeling dreadful. I've had plenty of exercise, thanks.
Walked to the main shops with the kids. So feeling very refreshed and proud of myself, for getting off this addiction... Computer/interenet.
The ordinary bike ride to work this morning... and then I have to get myself back home again

Quitting smoking :)
Busy day: ran four miles, tennis for 40 minutes, mowed the lawn.
You are, I can say without fear of contradiction, a superstar. Giving up smoking was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do, since I was on 40 - 60 a day. Ten years down the line, food tastes ten times better, the cough is totally gone, I don't get out of breath doing simple things like winding my watch and I feel wonderfully self-righteous. Stick with it, because I'm prepared to wager that there are dozens if not hundreds of ex-smokers rooting for you. Stick with it, we're proud of you. And take each day at a time! :smile5:
