Of.course...Well,.I.hope.to.marry.an.artist.or.a.m usician.or.a.writer,.so.I.sort.of
expect.it...:D
Actually,.I'd.be.leery.of.anyone.who.had.a.lot.of.anything,.because.I'd
be.suspicious.of.their.priorities.in.life.
Would.you.go.out.with.someone.really,.really.famou s.if.you.liked.them.and
they.asked.you?
-
Definately. You only live once.
Would you live more than once if you could?
-
Hell no.
Would you stop living right now if an angel or something appeared to you and said, "This is your one chance to go to heaven/nirvana"?
-
Hell yea.
Would you be crushed if an angel or something appeared to you and said, "There is no afterlife, only this life, which you will repeat in exactly the same manner over and over until the end of time"?
-
if i were not able to keep the knowledge that i have accumulated? yes. but if i know then all i know now, no.
would you fly across the country to meet someone you met on the internet? (a romantic somebody)
-
That's a tough question because my mother did that...
Would you like to get married?
-
I would love to marry someday.
Would you choose immortality and eternal youth dispite the consequence of watching generation after generation of friends and loved ones die?
-
Is that a proposal? ;)
actually yes, i would, very much so. Im at the point now that im just waiting for him to ask me (im too old fashioned, apparently, to ask him). its all very amusing, because i have sworn since the day my divorce was final (apr. 1 1994...happy april fool's day!!) that i would NEVER get married again...government*mutter*piece of paper*mutter*silly social institution*mutter mutter*...
now i get all smarmy whenever there is a wedding or proposal on movies and such. silly women.
would you ever propose to a guy (if you are female)?
would you accept if a woman proposed to you (if you are male)?
-
I actually would like to be the one that proposes, I don't go for old-fashioned stuff.
Would get married outside the norm? (not an old-fashioned wedding)
-
actually I was thinking about it several times, but I love my mum and she would not survive it, so I guess no
would you fall in love with stranger you barely spoke to, never seen but receiving an email from him/her makes your heart beat faster? ;)
-
well, i have to say yes, as that is precisely what i have done. i met my boyfriend on the internet (dont knock it till you've tried it!) and that's precisely how it happened.
from the first email i showed all symptoms of goofyness....heart racing, butterflies etc.
would you ever follow through on such a thing?
-
Even if I thought I liked him, I wouldn't let onto it until I'd met him, first several times in a group setting, then alone just as friends, then I'd see where it went from there. -- In other words, the same way I'd do it in real life. I still don't consider myself to "know" a person until I've met them in the flesh.
Would you agree to be a guinea pig for a new kind of medicine, before they knew what the side affects were?
-
not a chance....ever read/seen firestarter? lol
would you ever unknowingly put drugs in a friend's food/drink?
ya know, for giggles?
(in high school i had a "friend" put magic mushrooms in an omelette we were making for cooking class.....omg, not a nice experience!)
-
No, I dont find it particularly funny. Though my friends once put spices in my piece of cake, I realised immediately but apparently they found it funny... If it hadnt been my best friends I might have felt quite bad for being made fun of.
(on an older topic... I met my first, only, screwed, useless, painful, wishiicouldforgetit love on the internet, and ran away on the other side of Europe to meet him... now that I think about it it was crazy, he might have been a serial killer for all I knew... But I was lucky in that ;) Though one of the reasons why the story was so hard and screwed was that I never could accept that we had met that way, it's just a different approach but most people judge it very badly so I felt it was crap and only my best friends knew about it, even now when i talk about it I avoid telling how we 'met', I even lie if I'm asked (of course people wonder how I found and English boy...)... Maybe if I had accepted that some things would have been better, but anyway it had many other flaws, including distance that at first didnt matter much but after a couple of years became unbearable... Btw I'm seeing him again next week just for the sake of doing something for the holidays, but I don' t really feel like...stupid me. Oops sorry, got carried away on the telling-the-story-of-my-life mood...  )
Would you participate to a 'game' where you contact people (with the implicit aim of dating) via sms for example? (I mean there's a list of people and you just send a message to someone randomly, without knowing them before... I'm so desperate that for a sec I even thought of doing that, but then I'd be even more ashamed than knowing guys in the net :D)
-
Nope, you never know the creeps you could run into doing that...
Would you... ummm... change anything major of your appearance?
