Baclava is my favorite! The hairy stuff is Kataifi. Spinacopita is spinach pie. Do you like Galaktaboriko? The custard in the Filo pastry.

I have never had spinacopita but I'd like to.
Galaktaboriko is nice in moderation, but I get sick of it. I don't like the pastry part though.
I'm not sincerely that into Greek food. Too oily or too sweet. I've got no sense of moderation most of the time, but that is just extreme.
