Thou=You. "Thou art good"="You are good"
Thee=Objective you. "Does this belong to thee?"="Does this belong to you?"
Thine=Possessive Your. "Thine eyes art brown"="Your eyes are brown"
Thy=Possessive you/your. "How art thy mother?"="How is your mother"
I'm pretty sure that's it. That's what I gather from reading Romeo and Juliet anyway. :)
