when i went to russia, i caught during my first two weeks the weeks when they cut hot water - yeah only cold, they do it in summer to clean the pipes or something like that. well let's say you just stick to your usual showering routine. so if you normally take a shower everyday, take a could shower every day instead. if it's every other day, then stick with that.
you only need to stay in as long as it takes you to wash.
