I would be the sense of touch...just imagine all the textures that you would find.

I am assuming we are at sea, so I shall say the smell of the ocean... It has a sense of freedom to it. Sorry darl, not one for ships. But love the ocean.

such a mixture of scents, the salty ocean air stirring the odors of blood and sweat that is ingrained into the crevices of the oak decking, the powdery sulfur smell wafting from the depths of the cannons, the smell of sawdust from the stern of the ship as the carpenter makes repairs, and paint from the bow...the smell from the ropes as they stretch the billowy sails, and the succulent beef from the galley..........oh, sea life!!!
If you were the cook, what would you make to go with the beef?
Firstly I must say Bien that was very poetic... Add to it and you have yourself a beautiful poem.
Ok. Well I am not a chef, so I wouldn't really know, but I would like to say that a lovely Greek rice, steamed broccoli and mash pototo would go lovely with beef.
And if I were the Captain, I'd say..."Blastit, all we have is the rice from the Spanish schooner that we just commandeered, and the few potatoes that we fished out of the sea when we sunk the Irish transport vessel. You'll have to make do, Cooky!!"

I would be written on soft pink paper, unlined, giving me plenty of freedom. Sprinkled with lightly scented perfume and enclosed in a pink envelope tied up with a soft, light pink satin ribbon.

An elephant (such a wonderfully majestic and powerful creatures)...not like a lion or tiger searching for prey, but a calm intelligent beast...
