Do you understand? Yes, I have heard of that thing PJ did, but it is just a movie based on a book. A book. Understand? Book, movie, book, movie. It is really not complicated.
When a person says that LoTR is not a book but a movie then I imagine that that kind of a person is probably illiterate or doesn't read at all. But then, he shouldn't be in a literature forum. Mystery.
Movie? Arrrghh. :flare:
No offence, Stan btw.
But anyway, I have heard that the person was not a midget but a normal person. I think that because there was not much food so that meant that the natural selection selected out the smaller people because they didn't need so much food whic h meant that in time the people were really small.

anywho I did read the books, and see the movies, and was unimpressed by both, I also refeered to the movie, reality thing as in most people associate LOTR with happy bubly short actors, and gender challanged elves prancing around.
Also it could be the case as is with the pygmies in africa.
Is it just me, or does Crisaors tiger look kind of thoughtful/sad?
What kind of thought is rushing through the striped head?
Is it Blakes dilemma ?
The Tiger
Tiger! Tiger! burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
In what distant deeps or skies
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand dare seize the fire?
And what shoulder, and what art,
Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
What dread hand? and what dread feet?
What the hammer? what the chain?
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? what dread grasp
Dare its deadly terrors clasp?
When the stars threw down their spears,
And watered heaven with their tears,
Did he smile his work to see?
Did he who made the Lamb make thee?
Tiger! Tiger! burning bright
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye
Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?
That was nice, Isagel. Thanks.
Why is First Class mail offered by the US Postal Service the slowest possible mailing option? Wouldn't it be more appropriate to call it Last Class mail?
...To the paradox thread.
My thought today is ...
why don't they make spray bottles with a trigger thingy that lasts as long as the crap in the bottle? :brickwall :crash:
I now have two bottles of cleaning stuff with sprayers that don't work anymore, so I have to use the spray thing from a third bottle to use on them.
I think you can buy replacement sprayer heads from Canadian tire.
hmmm why is the sky blue?
i know the answer :) do you really want me to tell?
I've heard the answer so many times thanks to the girlsgotech commercial on a certain radio station.
oh i just keep forgetting the answer, i know it has somethign to do with light and atmospheric projection and what not... but I was just thinking that at the moment...
