Of all garlic's reputed medicinal benefits, perhaps the most well known is its use as a natural antibiotic with reports going back through history. According to Wright State University (1), garlic is approximately one per cent as potent an antibiotic as penicillin.
Some people have reported that even blood from a garlic eater can itself kill bacteria!
What about the breath of a garlic eater?
Well, the breath will do the same as blood except instead of "kill" it will "ward off" and instead of bacteria, it wards off people with bacterial personalitys :p
