well, I talked to my goldfish. And I do talk to other people's pets, when I'm around them. Does anyone else find baby- and pet-talk annoying? I bet if I were a cat, I would get really ticked off at all the humans that would say things like, "Ohh, aren't you just a precious little kitty? Aren't you? We has soft, fuzzy fur, don't we?"

Oh!! Where I am is not much more beautiful... Westport is beautiful and of course the people everywhere are beautiful, but living in a city metropolis of sprawling concrete and .5 million people is not my favourite place!! I much, much would prefer the peace of the country, and the leisure of time to be at peace with my thoughts, and to contemplate nature...
