I very very much dislike narrow minded rigid people as well as liars, hypocrites and bullies. I'll take an arrogant person over any of those any day.

People that are trustworty and those of us that require closeness and intimacy generally are trusting, (at least that's my theory).Distrust creates a feeling of alienation and I think at times is used as defensive mechanism, self protective thing.
