I imagine that a person is nominated by other forum members. I had no idea how I was added to the list, but I think that is the process.

Actually that isn't the case, I hear.

Bah, the next person is determined for the coming 10 or so interviews. After that, well, nominations nominations, but for now, I think no more nominations until the shortlist is down to less then five people.
