I would get the guts somehow to talk to that one and give himher a chance to make things right, or I would tell, absolutely. Their stealing robs others in need.

I don't have a washer or a dryer now anyway :( I do my laundry at my mom's house and then hang the clothes to dry in the garage. It's not really to be more green though that's a benefit...
But if I had a washer and dryer I would use it.

No... I personally think that the big 'Green' movement right now is more commercially driven right now than anything else. Besides, with two little girls...we could never keep up with the laundry...
