To Pen: Speaking of truth, your piece about the photographers is excellent and sadly too common. Many times catching a few minutes of Cnn or the like, it seemed like the same helicopters filming the family on the roof, close to drowning, could go for a rescue instead of prime time. quasi

Hmm? I guess that depends on my mood. Maybe a marathon of my favorite musicals (for "light" entertainment) or all 6 "Star Wars" films.

A book a month? The first six volumes of The Encyclopedia Briticania If a book interests me enough, I can finish it (even say The Fellowship of the Ring) in one day. I actually read a set of encyclopedias once when I was about 9. We didn't have much reading material...
