Yes, the film was produced during the years of the military dictatorship and I suppose (I haven´t seen the film) the picture of Brasil, focusing on the slums, wasn´t very flatering.

Turkey leg... one of my favorite dinner items; roasted. Thinking of shopping Monday for some. Mashed taters and stuffing, I'm thinking, too.

Last day for my friend at convalescent facility (been there 3-months). He gets picked up at noon... a stop at In-and-Out Burger... then home ! I just have a little more prep at his home so he's comfortable and safe.
