I've joined up today to keep Shirley happy, that's me wife, cos we've been fighting lately :argue: ..and said we were drifting apart.. so she had this idea about sharing the same interests.. hence, she introduced me to books recently (more like book bashed me actually..said I had to be more cultural or get out!..) ..and also got me started on the internet.. gee I'm lovin' computers! :crash:

Hi, everyone!

I'm going to be a college graduate in just a few days! I have majored in English, and I plan to continue with a PhD and spend the rest of my life teaching and writing. I found this site because my boyfriend, also a huge dork, spends hours per day on forums for comic books, and I figured that I could have as much fun as he does in my respective area of dorkiness. I love Renaissance literature, especially Shakespeare. I am just about to finish my senior thesis on the Christian aspects of Hamlet's revenge. Anyway, I guess I'll keep this short, but I hope that we'll have lots of great discussion!
