Welcome to the LitNet forums, Stephan.
Hi everyone. New here. I like reading and anything literature. I just noticed my love for classic books like To kill a mockingbird and this made me realize I wanted to be a English teacher. I love Shakespeare especially his tragedies(currently reading macbeth for class and Hamlet at home).
Hello, and greetings to all of you, from a new member.
I also love reading Macbeth: welcome!
Hey guys, I'm new here! In my free time I love to read mystery and adventure novels. I especially like those novels depicting a dystopian or utopian world, like Hunger Games and Divergent! :)
PS: I can't stand Twilight at all.
What about Shadowmarch? Anyway welcome to LitNet!
Hey everyone,
I am completely new to this, and new to forums in general! I know that is quite abnormal nowadays. Anyway, I have just joined as none of my friends have the same interests as me, and I never get to talk about literature without being told to pipe down. I am too socially awkward to go out and join a group so I thought I would try online communication instead!
My name is Sarah, I am 25, I am from Middlesbrough in the UK and I am studying an English degree part time. I am hopefully doing a Masters afterwards. My specific interests are the Gothic and the Romantic and Victorian eras.
It is going to take me a while to navigate around so if anyone can help or point me towards something interesting, that would be great.
Welcome! The subjects covered here are very varied, so the first thing you should do is browse them and then read the posts you are most interested in.
Something I have been meaning to say for a long time, but not found a place to do so is how well-maintained LitNet is. Never see any spam, don't know how those running the site do it. Thanks to those who run the site.
Hi everyone! I'm a new member :) I've read hundreds of things on here, so I just decided it was time to make an account! I love to read and write, those are my main pastimes when I'm not working or studying. I'm a psychology student finishing up her BA. I'll read pretty much anything, but my tastes pretty much go from classics to teen fiction and hardly anything in between haha. Anyways, I look forward to posting and being a more active member!
Hello. I'm a fan and self-directed student (now out of formal school) of Shakespeare and other topics of interest. I like reading history, sciences, politics, philosophy and literature. I'm a subscriber to the "Oxfordian" view of the identity of Shakespeare--a major interest of mine. English is my first language, French my second, and I'm trying (not very hard) to learn Italian.
My name is Mr Farr. Nice to meet everyone
Howdy all !

Hey yall! New member here! Demogorgonzola's my name; stewing demonic cheese is my game. I am a fan of reading everything from Gibbon to Wodehouse. I hope that by joining this community I can level up my literary know-how and become insanely word-smart. Currently in China Au Pairing, and on gap year from college. When I return, I'll be a sophomore. Love Anime, Nintendo games, and stuff like that. So any recs on those fronts will be much much appreciated. Also sometimes doodle. Interested in learning how to code and in reading Latin stuff.
Last thing, anyone know any good beginner baking recipes?
Welcome! You might like to publish some of your cheese recipes. There is an active section on non-fiction stuff, astronomy, cosmology, China, Yugoslavia...
