The Twisting Fisherman
There once was a fisherman
Who was a vegetarian
and lived on salads.
He loved to dance the twist
When his wife, tired of
so many salads, left him
he got the dimension
of his abandon, as he
was now utterly alone.
But still he twisted on.
No logic would deter him

not so superposition
a time machine appeared from the æther
and levitated above my floor... about a meter
not a sound was heard but my philodendron
quivered, but to be frank I simply yawned
for this had happened thrice before and each
time giant tardigrades exited then screeched
and howled as their time machine winked
out of existence just before they did in a blink

It happened under the sign
of Gemini.
Coming into office one morning
L.F. found that the power was off
and all the electric cables in a tangle
While L.F. was still scratching his head,
he noticed a brown paw on the ground
Then a second one.
A medium jaguar
had made himself at home
under his office table.
The situation started to become
uncomfortable for L. F.
He texted the Firemen
who immediately
initiated Operation Anemone.
With much persuasion
and patience +anesthetic arrows
the animal surrendered and
was then brought
to the nearest zoo.

it was Indy logic -

always steering to the left
not so harmless though

gilding majestically
down the river
in an unabridged chain?
Spring responds merrily

Nature, great theater of human culture
The spirits of our parallel dreams, fears achievements
linger lightly like shadows
on
avenues
streets
market places
but also inside
huts
houses or
palaces

here's to the rock gods
the harmonies they created by
igneous and metamorphic means
with sedimentary nuanced layered results -
a completeness - a wall of sound;
gems that blew the roof off
one could often hear cloven hooves
gleefully dancing in the wings

cells interwoven
with the remembrance

Jalopy ride
to the brinks of nowhere.

in solar conjunction beyond our view
