I have had to do this more than a few times, and it often did not appear an unexpensive item, such as the Microsoft Office software. :blush: I normally do not give up without a "fight," so to speak; I will turn my apartment upsidedown before I have to re-purchase anything, including some things as simple as batteries or lint rollers.
