Look out!! It's Elmer Fudd!! Run for your lives, bunnies!!
you guys are hilarious, I was trying to explain this thread to my husband, he says he'd rather run around the corner and shoot someone(online game playing). So I am alone in my giggling at the computer screen.
As for animals, I love them, eaten or otherwise ;)
I have Two pregnant Mini donkeys, a Pug, two cats and I'm waiting for my Austrailian Shepard to be old enough to take home. His eyes are just now opening. I take riding lessons, and I quote " the outside of the horse is good for the inside of man". Winston Churchill
Wow, you have lots of pets. I have a two year old, yellow labrador. I too had to wait for her until she was old enough to be taken from her mom.
I don't think Elmer Fudd is welcome in Sherwood forest!Ha!Did you know that deep fried batter is actually really unhealthy?!Better watch that male
middle-age spread.;)So greasy-yuck!I'll have the rabbit's carrot and lettece, thanks!:)
My favourite marine animals are dolphins, and my favourite forest animals include fawns and squirrels .I once swam with some ethereal dolphins.I also love snow leopards, and faery penguins, and all farm animals, such as dogs, lambs, ducks, pigs, cows, donkeys, lamas, emus, kangaroos, and wallabies, etc.I would never consume any animal, when there are other sources of nourishment available.I'll just avoid the post above.;) I have a personal penchant for vegetables, grains, tofu, and fruit (wildberries especially).
I am also captivated by watching birds, and I particularly like doves, and native birds.Has anyone seen the Birds of Paradise?
I think I don't have a fave... except my dog Mr.Spock.
He is my everything!!! But alltime fave... I kinda like the Seahorse. don't know why, the Kangaroo too.
Also, does anyone else like dinosaurs? If we are talking extinct species I would have to say dinosaurs, wooly mammoths, and Tasmanian tigers. I loved the Stegosaurus and Brontosaurus as a young child.I always had a special fondness for the vegetarian-friendly sauropods, but I do agree that the fearsome flesh-loving dinosaurs can be incredibly interesting to study. To be specific, I like some of the herbivorous ones such as Diplodocus and Camarasaurus.I actually viewed a fossile, at an exhibition, of what is probably the first bird, Archaeopteryx, from the Jurassic period, earlier this year. There were many enormous carnivourous dinosaurs on display as well. And I remember the seeing the
T-Rex at the museum from a really young age.It was thrilling.
I repeat: Utahraptor and Ankylosaurus are the mightiest of dinosaurs!
neer really seen the greatness of dinosours barring the nessie and the dragon of course
:D
My husband and I were given a young pair of Love Birds as a wedding gift and we named them Ozzie and Harriett. We tried a cat for about 2 months but Leo discovered he was mildly allergic; just enough so that we had to give him back. We are planning on getting a dog (soon Jay! :D ), probably just by going to the pound and picking out a lovable one. I've never had a dog of my own before, my parents were always cat and bird people. I worked for a Dachshund breeder for 2 years and I wanted so much to take one of the puppies home with me! The lady I worked for apparently sold the rights and many of the breeders to a farm in Alabama http://www.doxieland.com/. We would spend hours taking puppy pics and posting them on the site every week. It was so much fun!
Birds of Prey: Also cool.
yes very very trueQuote:

If your love birds ever have two male hatchlings, you could name them Rickie and Dave.Quote:

"The Birds" was enough to scare me off.
After watching that movie, I did never imagine having birds for a pet. (not that I was a big fan of birds before)
