That would be a no, ShoutGrace :). If the authors wish to receive feedback for their stories, they can re-submit them in the General Writing subforum (unless they happen to be the author of the winning story, of course ;))

Yes, the poll closes on June 30th. You have about 10 days to read the stories and vote. There is a good selection so I am sure you will have a great time, reading them. :)
