I will have to say Dubliners because I agree with Virgil on the way it can be read.
Does anyone know where I can get an etext of Dubliners online? It looks like it has a good chance to win, but I can’t find it on this site or in my library :(

I voted for A Portrait because the story seems to be the most interesting to me. Also I think it would be a good introduction to Joyce, as I haven't read any of his books in full.
On that list of books to read in 06, how is the order determined? The Brothers K and C and P (by Dosteovsky) are books that I wanted to read sometime this summer, when I have the time to focus on them. Can I make the suggestion that they be included this summer sometime?
