Thanks Uncle Virg for your concern. The typhoon has left us already, leaving only the tail, causing strong winds, but we're all okay, I thank God very much. The people in other regions aren't doing so well: their power has been cut off and parts of their houses (the ones who live in the provinces) got blown away by the wind! Add to that the fact that the Mayon Volcano is threatening to erupt anytime soon! Big, fat and black billowing smoke can already be seen from the crater! People living at the foot of it (they don't follow the law about not setting up houses 10 kilometers away from such natural land forms that can anytime create disaster) are already being evacuated and hundreds of families already lost their homes due to landslide caused by the trembling of the volcano. I hope and pray that EVERYTHING will turn out better.Quote:
