I loved Cinderella Man; character development, a real story, great acting, minimal special effects. These are all the best parts of "older movies".
Last night, I watched The Devil's Advocate; before, I had seen only parts of it, but never entirely through the two and a half hours. At first, I thought it a little boring, but it picked up really quickly, and turned out as quite a storyline. To understand it better, I may have to watch it again, though it has some rather disturbing scenes, but much of the acting, directing, and screenwriting really amazed me.
My rating: 8.5/10.
I adored "Cinderella Man" and saw it twice. Best movie in a very long time. Crowe and Zellweger, Molino were fantastic.
I hope for many Oscars for this film...
Anchorman. Two thumbs down. It was poopie........
Lastnight after coming home sooooo tired from work my brother gave me the dvd :
Conan the Conqueror, starring Arnold Schwarstzneger (or however you spell it).
It ruled!!! Thorough enjoyment!!! AND Arnie can do comedy too!
Wedding Crashers. Absoultely hysterical. Probably one of my top 5 all-time FAVORITE comedies.
 FIVE STARS and a THUMBS UP folks. :thumbs_up
Land of the Dead.
I am a great horror movie fan so I was sorely disappointed with it...so frustrated was I that I spent a few hours reading like-minded reviews of the movie on imdb.com
Romero seems to have lost it...
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It was OK, but I thought that it would be better, actually. A little bit too obvious and the music drove me crazy. 7/10
A few days ago I watched Vanity Fair and I simply loved it. I will give it 10/10. Its novel is also awsome but I found the movie more interesting. Now it is in one of my favourite movies.
Crash (Paul Haggis' movie) 8/10
I've watched "The terminal" the other night. I loved the movie. it made me laugh and also be very sad. I just loved the character that Tom Hanks played. he was a man that can be very rarely found nowadays. a man that never thinks ill of anyone, even if they treat him bad. he seemed very stupid but in fact he was a smart guy. and I just loved his accent, one could think that he is a true Russian who speaks English with an accent.... :D 10/10
I watched Quiz Show last night, a Robert Redford film about tv in the 1950s and corruption. Wasn't bad. I also watched Bang Bang You're Dead the other night, wonderful.
Last night I saw 'The Village'. A good film. I like the ending best. Give it 8/10.
I watched Fantastic Four which was a great movie 10/10, and Bewitched which even though I waited to be 10/10, I was dissapointed because it wasn't at all what I expected it to be. 5/10 the only thing good in the movie was Nicole Kidman.
