But isn't the ability to ask sensible questions a prerequisite for participating in this thread?

Could not the questions be sensible, but the medium through which they are asked entirely mad?

Wouldn't that depend on the scope of the falsehood being told?

Or could it not also depend on the intended end result of the falsehood?
