Well, if you go easy on the beginner, they're going to start feeling babied, and then they'll get angry.

Sure, why not? Most of my work meetings tend to seem very casual and laid-back.

Not really... A little thick skinned at times actually not getting offended where I should.

Gladly if I could, but those results may have some negative consequences, such as developing irreversibly purple lips! :D

Hmm, I don't think so, I like to keep work and 'real life' seperate.

I really, really, really wouldn't want to, but I'm a sap for my family and friends, so I probably would and make them watch Barbie movies with me when we got home, in exchange.

no, it's dangerous enough with one.

I don't think I would need to. When they had a look at me, they would cough up and run away asap.
