Sucker Punch. it was a visual feast. don't expect much on the story. zach snyder did it to display his CG prowess, to establish he is the king.
but it is worth watching if only for the CG.

The Clown Murders, 1976. 4.5
I really wanted to like it. Horror, clowns and John Candy. It sounds perfect! It wasn't. Some of it I really did like but it was more boring and awkward than it was cool.
The Lincoln Lawyer - given I had heard nothing about it until the night before I saw it, I wasn't too sure what to expect :p. But I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it. 7.5/10
The Fall , 9/10
I loved both leads, but I could have done without the violence. Apart from that though the film was marvelous. And even though, I'm pretty taciturn right now, I've fallen in love with it and will absolutely watch it again (and again and again etc).
Iron Man the cartoon. It was better than the movie
Just watched Black Swan. Holy crap, it was freaking amazing (thought extremely messed up).
10/10
The Lincoln Lawyer 10/10
The Tourist 10/10
I was amazed by Angelina Jolie's posture and slow, deliberate motions. I also liked the way the bad guys got taken out at the end.
In the movie theater - Battle: Los Angeles - more like Battle: To Stay Awake! Yikes.
Rented on Pay-Per-View - Black Swan. Awesome!!!
Burnt Offerings
1976
with Oliver Reed, Karen Black, BUrgess Meredith
7.5. Very enjoyable and creepy. Hint of The Shining before The Shining. Oliver Reed is cool. The Brood introduced me to him and I thought he was great in it.
The Unholy Three
1925
with Lon Chaney

I'm curious to see the 1930 version now.
The Kings Speech
10/10
Bullet Ballet by Shinya Tsukamoto

This guy's metal and bullet fetishes get me so fired up.
In Tranzit - set in a transit camp in Russia after WW2. Crap - 4/10. Too unbelievable though it claims to be based upon a real story. it looks like it was filmed in a yard at the back of a factory.
I'm rubbish at choosing films I am.
Stick with the Woody Allen's I'm having a great time.
The last one I watched was Manhattan Murder Mystery - a great load of fun, even Mrs Neely enjoyed it. It ticked all the usual Woody Allen elements too, New York - tick - Neurotic characters - tick - affairs - tick - wine and coffee - tick - analysts - tick - writer/film maker characters - tick, tick, tick, great stuff...
