I feel an odd sense of kinship with the PAM because my sister is also bipolar and I know very well the struggles that come with that. I think you're a very courageous man.

It was such a great read ! I've heard so many voices praising him, and was glad to find he wasn't overrated at all. Sadly, I only had time to complete Heart of Darkness, because the new semester's compulsary reading list kicked in before I could start one of his other novels, but I found Heart of Darkness one of the best constructed novels I've ever read, adding to Conrad's rich writing style. I was all the more astonished when I read that English wasn't even his native language, and that he was a seaman at first. His writing seems so educated to me.Quote:
