Well, try to avoid headache tablets, like the plague... But only have Panadol.
T-Shirt or blouse?
T-shirt...around here, a blouse implies women's wear.
BBQ Chicken or Teriyaki Chicken?
BBQ chicken.
Fish: fried or grilled?
Grilled
Eating fish: dead and cooked OR alive and swimming?

Musical instrument: listen or play?

Dirty diaper...OR dog poo on shoe?
Dirty diaper, one can always toss it... The shoe needs to be cleaned and left to dry. And it still tends to smell.
Karaoke: Sing or watch everyone else.

Can't I have both... Salad I guess. But love them both.
At a rock concert: Sit and watch or jump up and dance?
I usually start out sitting but it's not a good concert if it doesn't get me on my feet. :p
going to a theater or sitting at home and watching a dvd?
Don't like to sit in front of the idiot box, but if I did, I would prefer the comforts and privacy of my own home and sometimes those theartres smell.
Stay home: Read a good book or soak in a hot bath?
The tub is actually one of my favorite places to read. :lol:

Both, not at the same time of course...
Coffee and tea: Fancy cup and saucer or a huge mug?
For tea, I like the fancy cups. I collect Russian china and I swear the tea tastes better in those pretty little cups. For coffee, you have to go with the mugs for sheer volume!
Baked potato chips or regular?
Baked. I prefer French Fries though.
Butter or margarine?

Non-stick. They don't work anyway.

I've never had a latte, so I'll say cappuccino.

You can make confetti with hole punchers so...hole puncher. :)
