Calling it a recipe would be awfully generous. I get a package of chorizo from the store (about 1.5-2 pounds, fresh from the meat counter, not processed and branded), and cook it thoroughly. Then I take a big 2-quart saucepan, dump in two jars of spaghetti sauce, the cooked chorizo, and a can each of corn and black beans. Heat while the pasta's cooking.Quote:
