Religious doctrines...because i think that worshiping idols has caused too much hatred in this world, we should all care for the planet we live on not some ficticious god in a book telling us what to do, And priests ets telling us that our religion is the true religion and everyone elses are false. too many wars.:(Quote:

I worked a long a grueling day at my little shoppe, and now I am relaxing with some triscuits and catching up here. It is now suppertime in my part of the world, so I need to commence cooking something. Anything. As long as it is edible (and quick).... Grrrr, I really hate cooking!
It is your birthday and I am offering to have your favorite dinner cooked. What will you have? (trust me, I'll hire a chef for ya, lol!)
For my birthday I'll take a cheese pizza and a beer and you can just order in, no need to cook at all....

No, I get them (A,B,C,D,E and K) through the foods I eat such as vegetables(complex carbohydrates) including beans and rice, fruit (simple carbohydrates), and bread... basically starch.
