Well enough to get published (poetry) and staged (plays), but in terms of my penmanship, it has deteriorated significantly.

Typically about two whole meals, then I snack through the rest of the day/night.
What dietary preferences do you have (vegetarian, no red meat, kosher, etc.)?
Well I am an interesting case, have been dieting a lot of the past year... Chosing a variety of fresh vegies and fruits. However after my second child was born 11 yrs ago, I had trouble keep red meat down. And because of it, I don't eat as much red meat anymore. So don't really know what to call my diet except I'm an occassional - of, all of the above

Yes, and even in the same city (Portland, OR), but I have put a lot of thought into traveling more lately, and perhaps living abroad; though this country bore and nurtured me, I feel quite foreign to its attributes.
