Ooh, I second that! and England. I want to visit England.
Do you want to visit England?
Yes I do want to visit England.
What's the last concert you went to?
Old Crow Medicine Show and that was a long time ago.
I would love to see them again.
Who, out of all the dead, disassembled bands would you like to see in concert (grateful dead, phish, led zeppelin, sublime, whoever else you like.....) but you can't because not all the original people are present?(either dead or just crazy...i.e. Axl Rose)
The first group that popped into mind is Run DMC. All the other groups I can think of are those 70's drawn out guitar sole type of groups and I dislike that so I doubt I would like the concrt anyways.
Same Question.
The Doors....without a shadow of a doubt....Jim Morrison was just a poet at heart.
You are granted a 1 hour interview with any person (living or dead) that you choose. Who & Why?
I would interview Kurt Cobain. And why? Because he had a very neat personality, though destructive -- he'd be fun to talk to.
Question for next poster -- what is your favorite era? (Victorian Age, The Roaring 20's, Dirty 30's, etc.)
30's. Why the dirty, though? Maybe I just know about the conservative stuff, hm. Jean Marlowe is the lady on your avatar, right? She's from the 30s too, I think?
Same question. and why.
favorite era....back to the 60s...loved all the 'flowers in your hair' mentality and the belll bottoms, beads, headbands...
repeat bib's...You are granted a 1 hour interview with any person (living or dead) that you choose. Who & Why?
Margaret Thatcher, without getting into politics will just say she's got some 'splaining to do.
What event in your life (memory, news story, experience etc) made you realise that the world can be an evil, terrible place?
I don't remember how old I was (grade school) but we found a dead puppy under the big cheese in the park near my house.
Same question:

I believe the "dirty 30's" may refer to many things (hmmm something worth writing about??), but for one: the desperation of the people trying to get by after the Stock Market Crash of 1929.... Also, many southern states were 'dust bowls'... and there could be more to it (Prohibition ended 1933, lol), etc.
Yes, my avatar is indeed Jean Harlow, and Wikipedia has a good article on her. :)
Now, to answer papayahed's question... I realized the world was an ugly place when two mean teenage girls laughed and pointed at me when I was very very small (grade one or two) because I had such short hair (damn my mother's taste in hair). And I recalled being so crushed out that I wanted to shrink into nothingless.
I got over it thankfully (lol), and now pose a question -- Where will you be in five years from now?
hopefully at a four year college- maybe SCAD.
Same question and why do you think so?
I also plan to be in the middle of college. Hopfully a pharmaseudical program at Duqusene(spelling?) University, because other than writing dreams I want to be a rich pharmacist.
What is the best book and the worst book you ever read, and why?
