Our bike ride started out so well. Larry had a great view:

We took in the Shreveport skyline (pretty sparse huh?)

After the security guards chased us off the trolly Larry tried to take off on my bike:

Larry didn't get very far, he rode about 20 feet before he realized we had a flat tire. Unfortunately to make room for Larry I took all the flat fixin' gear out of my bag, and since we were about 10 miles from home we decided to call a cab. Once we got back home Larry eagerly jumped in to fix the flat:

Mom-H--Love the pics of Larry and the Chickens. Clearly he was enjoying the more relaxed pace of country life all this time and just didn't want to leave. :)
Papaya--Poor Larry, with a bandage on his bum! Those cacti can be treacherous. :lol: Looks like you're taking him on some great adventures to make distract him from the pain, and I'm enjoying seeing a slice of Louisiana.
